I'm building a stainless immersion cooler using 100' of tube that's going to be two built into eachother. I'm trying to find stainless Y fittings to connect the two "In's" and "Out's" thats either 1/2" FPT or MPT, doesnt matter which because I can get FPT or MPT compression fittings. I have been googling for awhile with no success. Anyone have any resources??

Would a tee work, if you turn a tee on its side it almost looks like a wye...

Do you have a Tee thats dual 3/8 compression to a single 1/2" NPT? Im looking the put a quick disconnect for the in and out line.

Search for stainless 45 degree threaded lateral. You should likely find what you want that way... http://www.pennusa.com/products/product_catalog/pdf/threadedlateral.pdf.

Alternatively,

Northern brewer sells a 1/2 inch ss FTP T fitting... http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/s-s-tee-1-2-npt.html

Otherwise (and I am NOT SURE about this) perhaps a stainless wye strainer would work? Simply remove the strainer and use it as a wye?

Thanks that first link opened up some ideas

You might see if you can find a chandlery in Beaufort or Wilmington that has SS fittings. You are looking for the place that sells to the commercial fishing fleet or other industrial uses.

Let me know if you found one. If not I will get you a price on one Tuesday.
