Need help finding an adapter for my cold plate

So I basically have a 14 port cold plate that I'm looking to connect my 3/8" ID braided vinyl tubing with. The issue is that the cold plate didn't come with a barb fitting; just two male/male adapters. The description reads:

This is an 8″x14″ aluminum cold plate with 7 product lines (7 pass), each made from 1/4″ diameter 304 stainless steel tubing and approximately 12′ long. Fourteen 5/16″ male flare to 1/4″ male flare fittings are also included.

Here's what the adapters look like:

I'm just having a hard time finding adapters for this with a barbed end that are lead free and will fit snug with my 3/8" tubes. Any suggestions?

Assuming that it is the 5/16 flare end that goes into the cold plate, could you just use a 1/4 flare to 3/8 barb fitting?
