Help/Critique on a 2-tier 1 Pump Brew Stand

Im in the process of designing a 2 tier (HLT is elevated) 1 pump brew stand. I would like to vorlauf and transfer from the MLT to BK, as well as whirlpool. Im debating between a counterflow chiller and an immersion chiller right now. The CFC obviously makes the design more complicated. I would transfer from the BK to the fermenter via gravity.

Any help or critiques on the design would be awesome. Thanks!
