Hello from Washington

Hey all Im fairly new to all this. I was given everything I need to brew to me by an old retired gentleman who said he is to old to drink and brew like he used to. I have made a 3 gal batch of cider so far and a couple 1 gal wine experiments with some Ocenspray juices. So far everyone has liked what they have tasted and Im looking forward to getting more experience under my belt and expanding to new recipes. I LOVE IPA's and cant wait to start making those.

Don't think he even drinks. Just made 21 in December. He doesn't want to get drunk and screw up his record. He usually is the designated driver.
