Hello! I’ve been lurking on this forum for quite awhile and finally decided to join! My only home brew experience was attempting a wine from frozen concentrate, but it didn’t turn out quite right. So, I’m hoping to experiment and learn more along the way with help from people who know what they’re doing better than I do!

Brewing to me is always a big experiment. You follow all of the standard practices, mix some ingredients and hope for the best outcome. Chance are it'll turn out fine, sometimes not.
