My name is Eric. I have been brewing for about 15 years with a small break in the middle. I found this forum while searching for information on stirplates. It looks like a great forum.

Where in Vermont are you located? I grew up outside of Bennington, and live just over the border in Berkshire County, MA now.

Mikey: Tell me about it. My break started when I had to toss 5 gal of scottish ale bacause I never got around to bottling it. Then several years I discovered Kegging.
