Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been brewing for three or four years now, and I've learned probably 90% of what I know about brewing from this site. I don't know what I would have done without HBT! Everything from walking me through my first extract kit, to going all grain about a year ago, to building my keezer last month.

I brew late-nite after putting my 1 year old to bed at 7 and usually finish up at 12 or 1. It's a lot fun for me and has really helped bring some excitement my stay-at-home dad life.

I love American ale styles and Euro lager styles.

Hey there. Since you are doing all grain, you should check out the Syracuse area group buy: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f174/syracuse-ny-round-6-group-grain-buy-279676/. This is a very active group, now ramping up the 6th buy. I live in the Albany area but have participated in the last couple of buys through the group.
