Not a hello, but a cheers from an old dude who used to be quite active but has been on a long hiatus. Long story short, used to weigh 270 and in terrible health, have been at around 220 and training hard physically daily for several years now. Right now planning on a western mountains hunt with my son next year.
As crazy as life would have it, in retirement, putting in a couple days weekly at our local brew shop, a place that got me started in the early '90's. I've always missed brewing, though I don't miss the bad health and early retirement from this mortal coil that I was playing out. Still love good beer, still primarily British ales, just don't need 6 pints at a session. Starting literally over as I sold off all equipment, books, and years of accumulated info lost in a computer transfer.
