Hello,

I'm in Portland, OR and am just starting to brew kombucha. I'm in the process of procuring jun and water kefir as well, and plan to continuously brew these three separately. This joins my current microbial/fungal tea blends I make for my plants, both indoor and outdoor. My plants love the microbial life and many of the species used are helpful to make food available and help control bugs that eat the plants or roots. My body loves microbial life too so I've become fascinated with making it so I figure why not expand. I hope to learn lots here!
