So I've been lurking here the past few months after a friend pointed me to EdWort's Apfelwein recipe, in fact getting ready to start a 3 gallon batch after I free up my experimentation primary. Have been extract/partial mash brewing for the past year and am gearing up for all grain brewing. Hoping the transition is fairly painless.
Getting ready to bottle a batch of Honey Lime West Coast Pale Ale this week after taking a three months brewing hiatus. Took a pull to measure gravity and is right on course and tastes spot on.
Anyways I hope to use these forums to increase my knowledge and share any of the limited insight I might have.
