I've been lurking here for a while, thought it time enough to introduce myself.
I've been brewing apple ciders and perrys for a few years now, usually have 10-20 gal in the primarys at any given time.
I have my own pear trees and access to apple orchards, so fortunately don't have to rely too heavily on commercial juices.
