Hi Folks!
Great resource you have here!

I am in the middle of my second batch of apple cider and have no bloody clue what I am doing yet (thought he first batch came out very well).
Super simple setup: 5gal carboy, 5 gal foodsafe bucket, airlock, racking cane, and a hydrometer (as well as 20+ flip-top beer bottles and a drying tree).
I will be reaching out in the forums as needed, but wanted to pop in here and introduce myself.

Welcome, Graham. Yep, that's a simple setup, but if it does what you want, you don't need a $20,000 brewery.
