Hello from Michigan

I'm totally new to this. I love cooking and do most of that from scratch. I'm always improvising and making things my own. I wanted to do the same with what I drink.

I've made a couple hard ciders and started making Otis' Hard Mt Dew. I didn't finish because once the first step was done it reminded me so much of a margarita. We drank that down. Now I have another batch going, can't wait to finish that recipe.

I've been reading mainly in the cider forum. I'll be getting into the beer sections soon! That is next on my hit list.
