I've brewed off an on for many years now, and its been a couple years. I recently made myself a promise to get back into this great hobby, and brewed a Raspberry Wheat a week and a half ago (in secondary right now).
From a skills standpoint, I'm most comfortable doing partial mash recipes, but intend to make the leap to all grain in the very near future. I started perusing this website a couple months back, and have found myself checking it out much more frequently now.
Looking forward to learning from everyone, and then being able to share that knowledge with others!
BTW, my other hobby is homemade hot sauce. I grow my own peppers, create a fermented pepper mash, and bottle it. No vinegar in hot sauce means that the flavor is awesome!
