Hi all, my name is Mike. Right now I live in Iowa, but I'm moving to Minneapolis in a couple of weeks. I've been really enjoying the forum, and I'm planning on starting a batch of Caramel Apple Cider in a few weeks!

Welcome from Minneapolis! Lots of great breweries here. Also, your LHBS will be Midwest or Northern Brewer (your choice), so you won't have any problems finding anything! Join the Minnesota Home Brewers Association for $15, and you'll get 10% off most everything at both those stores; it pays for itself really quickly and is a great group!!
