I've already posted a bit elsewhere, but an intro would be fair game. I've lurked in threads here, both old and new, for some time. There's so much knowledge here, it's outstanding. Figured I'd join in and actually do some posting. Also had a question I couldn't find an answer to anywhere (re: tap a draft, in another thread).
Anyway, I've been brewing for a few years now. Did extract for about a year, year and a half, then BIAB for a year, and just got a converted cooler and have done 2 proper mashes thus far. Anyway, here's to home brewing and, more importantly, to beer. Cheers!
