Wanted to jump on here and give a quick introduction. I'm Ed, a very new brewer here in Chicago. Joined up with a great club and they recommended I check this site out. From what I've seen, already a wealth of knowledge, advice, and recipes. Look forward to posting some of my own stuff someday (sooner rather than later)
