Hello from Cedar Rapids, IA! I'm not new to home brewing. I've been home brewing on and off for over 20 years, but working it regularly for the past 8 years. The last three years I've been focused on lagers and decoction mashing. I'm currently experimenting with almonds and just finished an almond-poppyseed dark lager.
