I've been getting back into brewing after a long hiatus and am really enjoying learning about all the new techniques, equipment, ingredients, etc. Back in the mid-90s when I got my start we sanitized everything with bleach and if skin wasn't peeling off your fingers you weren't brewing enough.

Stumbled across this site and have been impressed with all the knowledge and friendly attitudes, so I'm happy to be joining!
