I've been away for a bit, but now I'm glad to be back on the forum. It's nice to see some familiar names are still around!
Anyways, life events a few years ago caused me to sell all my wonderful beer and wine making gear. Now that life is normal, I'd like to get back on the brewing train. All I need to do is get the gear all over again and find a place in the house for a small kegerator. That will happen in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, I'm still making soap, cheese (usually mozzarella, but going to try feta for the
first time this weekend), fermenting sausages (going to make pepperoni this weekend), roasting coffee beans, and fermenting all sorts of veggies. Once the DIY bug hits, it's a tough one to shake.
