8 ozs Caragold (120l) for color
Mash 60 min @ 150

.3 eldorado
.3 azacca
40 min Whirpool @ flameout
.4 oz citra @ 40
.4 eldorado @ 40
.4 azacca @ 40

.9 oz citra @ 30
.9 eldorado @ 30
.9 azacca @ 30

.9 oz citra @ 20
.9 eldorado @ 20
.9 azacca @ 20

(note I don't have enough citra and eldorado so I dug
through my hop stash for similar hops)
.8 oz citra dry hop @ high krausen
.4 galaxy dry hop @ high krausen
1.2 eldorado dry hop @ high krausen
1.2 azacca dry hop @ high krausen

1.4 oz galena dry hop for 4 days
.6 galaxy dry hop for 4 days
2 oz cascade dry hop for 4 days
2 oz azacca dry hop for 4 days

Ferment:
1.6 L Hornidal Kveik Starter
pitch @ 90f
maintain @ 95F for 7 days
