I've been reading posts for some time now. I am very impressed by the knowledge that you brewers provide. I've been home brewing on and off for 10 years. I've moved up to all-grain mashing for 5 gal. Only 1 to 2 batches a year but want to increase my output. Trying to improve my process so that I can do that. Saving up for a temperature controller for fermentation stability and also a stir plate.
