So I just brewed the other day, did a normal-ish IPA, then went a bit crazy on the second batch.

13 lbs Pale Ale malt
.5 lbs 20 crystal

Hop Bill
1.5 o Chinook fwh
1.5 Chinook 60
1 Chinook 30
1.5 chinook 15
2 chinook 5
2 chinook FO

Pitched Rehydrated Notty at 65

So I was looking for a beer that absolutely snapped your head back with raspy, aggressive hopiness, and I think I nailed it. Just tasting the wort (Dont know the og cause by hydrometer is in pieces) it was insane. I cant wait to dry hop this thing.

Gum-bleeder is just a working name right now, if anyone has a better idea let me know,

Lol, that's an awesome name. You'll definitely need to go see a dentist after having one of these. I know it's only 9 in the morning, but God I want this beer right now.

Update, Just thieved a bit of this one week into primary. Yep, that tastes like chinook hops, and the bitterness is right on, staying with you for a minute or two. cant wit to keg this one up
