It's cheaper than ~4oz from B&G so I say unleash the hounds.

How about getting german Tettnanger instead of Saaz? its $9.3/lb (HU‐90GTT) if its available (i think thats the closest sub for saaz), in case its not available how much longer would it take to get saaz from another warehouse as they offer?

I personally don't think Tetts are that close to Saaz - they really don't have that spicy characteristic that is almost trademarked to Saaz. I'm just now on a last ounce of Tett from 2-3 years ago, I think. I could do it so as to not put a halt to the group, but would be less excited about the Tett.

Im cool with Czech Saaz. Hop-fully they give you a tracking number and we can time it right to avoid 2 trips.

Thats good.. though -my plan to tile the basement laundry / bottleing area has some scope creep. Replacing a floor drain / clay p trap that was busted up evolved into tying in a new one for the condensate line. Hooray for crappy mud slabs.

Not that I want them to delay another 3 days waiting for re-revised quote but I wonder how far out the TF&S MO is from being back in-stock.

I don't want to share the email I just received but they are having major issues with their new system. Basically, we have to wait until all the warehouses across the country are on the same page so to speak.

The only problem is that if the quoted price is different than the catalog then there's more payments to make. I'll go over the spreadsheet again tonight and maybe we'll start collecting the money so we can order it once we receive the actual quote.

Bill, i think you probably want to wait for the quote, in case there will be substantial difference it will be a real headache for you with 2nd set of payments/adjustments you will have to deal with (thats 30-40 payments you have to verify, you dont want to do this twice just to get grain day or 2 earlier)
