After over a years hiatus from brewing (newborn son) I am jumping back into the homebrew scene with both feet.
Curently I reside in La Vista (Omaha) NE and started out brewing from a kit approx 5 years ago doing extracts and extracts with grains. Since day one I have wanted to go AG and I am currently in the process of building an AG set up, converted coolers, keggles, ect. I like the DIY aspect and have built my own CFC, converted my SANKE's and in process of building a simple stand for it all.
My goal is start with batch sparging in about 2 weeks.
