Hi everyone,
I have been wanting to homebrew for some time and finally bought the gear. My first batch, american pale ale, will be bottled today! The I will be making some JAOM to drink for christmas and also a wheat beer with traditional dutch spices for all my dutch friends and families.

I am making 1 gallon batches as a start, no space for 50 beers from a 5 gallon batch!
Its great to be a part of the forum, lots of knowledge!
