Hello to everybody.
My name is Manos and live in Athens Greece.
I brew hopped extract kits (most Lager) for the last four years.
So it's time to make the big step to AG (and i think that ι 'm too late)
Searching the google found this amazing place with tons of info and said: that's exactly what i was looking for.
Like to read and learn and i will post only if my question isn't already answered.

Greetings from the US and welcome to the forum. This is an incredible forum for anything homebrew so you've come to the right place. I just stepped up to all grain this year so im still working out some things but its def a good investment and the end result is normally a cheaper, better tasting beer.
