Hello everyone,
My name is Louis. I learned how to brew and started to drink beer, when I started University, both, we had a brewing club here (I only drank wine or rum before). I bought some brewing stuff (Brewmonk etc.) and now I brew from home.
I'm mostly in wheat beer, Lager and every kind of IPA but I'm realy open to every style, mostly German, Cz or British ones.
I've just brew a sour one and it's currently fermenting.
