Hi all,
I've been an all grain homebrewer for about 25 years. Recently several members of my family have been diagnosed with celiac disease. I'm currently working on making extract g-free beer with steeping grains (malted buckwheat and/or malted millet mostly) and enzymes, that my whole family will enjoy. Thank you so much for having me in the group. I'm looking forward to learning.

Sorry to hear about your family members having celiac disease. It's a real bummer!
I'm glad to hear you're trying to provide them with some extra enjoyment by means of a good gluten free beer.
