Gonna be a good day

Getting ready to collect my first runnings. I only dropped 2 degrees in 60 minutes this time which is much better than I have experienced before. It's gonna be a good day, but then again any brew-day is a good day! :rockin:

And things continue to go better than expected... I hit 75% efficiency when I was planning for 70%. I don't have more hops to compensate, but I should still be well within style and well balanced. Just stronger than planned which is a good thing IMO.

I'm brewing a California Common. The recipe is from Brewing Classic Styles. Just tasted the wort and pitched the yeast. It smells and tastes amazing already.
