To Whom it my concerned,

I am doing the dip hopping for West Coast IPA (no dry hop, only hot stand/whirlpool and dip hopping) for a while. The result is good ; However, I am thinking to improve it.

For my current processes, my T90 dip hopping hops will stay in the fermentation around 12 days. (Due to some limitation) In this way, I am consider to use hop extract to replace some hops for this processes in order to boost more flavor and decrease the grass flavor.

I knew that Spectrum is used for the dry hopping, and didn't good to use for dip hopping processes.
However, I am thinking two different process which used two different hop extract as follows.

Please share your though, and let me know which process is better.

Current processes
1. Whirlpool 112g T90 hops
2. Dip hopping 164g T90 hops in 6 liters 80 degree C wort

Potential improved process #1
1. Whirlpool 112g T90 hopes
2. Dip hopping 16g Incognito and 82g T90 hops in 4 liters 80 degree C wort

Potential improved process #2
1. Whirlpool 112g T90 hopes
2. Dip hopping 82g T90 hops in 4 liters 80 degree C wort
3. When the wort cooling down, transfer the wort from the kettle, and added spectrum

Potential improved process #3
1. Whirlpool 112g T90 hopes
2. Dip hopping 16g Incognito in 2 liters 80 degree C wort
3. Dry hopping 82g T90 hops 3 days before package

Thanks
