Pretty simple topic, if you needed to make your favorite IPA right now what is your go to, house IPA grainbill. Just curious as to what everyone likes to do.
I've made a great red IPA with 10 lbs 2 row, 3 lbs Briess 80, and 2 lbs Munich. It has a nice red color and caramel flavor that goes perfect with my hop choices. I'm experimenting with a "dark" IPA as well just changing out the specialty malts with chocolate.
