Freezer question

Was just wondering about the freezers with the controls built into the front of them have to be messed with when building a keezer?( since you are using a temp controller already) thanks for any help, obviously I'm a new guy!

If you are using a temperature controller just turn the controls to the coldest setting. Then the controller will turn the power on and off to control the temperature. Once set to cold just forget that it has any controls.

There is a thread about hacking into the built in control to regulate the temperature. ????
