Completed my first double batch but realized the next morning that I had not sealed one of my 6 gal bucket fermenters. Should I be worried about infection or anything esle adverse. The bucket was not properly sealed for abot 24 hours.

Nah. Many folks just loosely place thier lids on the buckets, like if they have arthritus. Others use trays or sheets of plexiglass just laid on top of thier buckets. THe think to remember is that the bad stuff are not ninjas, they can't really climb or crawl or perform acrobatics. If your lid was on, then you will be fine. Even if it wasn't tight.

+1 on that. Did that before, posted same thing, beer turned out fine. No worry, beef curry.

Also remember that infections are nearly ALWAYS due to poor cleaning/sanitizing. Airborne buggers aren't that likely.
