Hi everyone,
Long time watcher and learner, first time poster.
I have had a good look round and I am trying to figure out if force carbed beer (either in brite or keg) thats bottled via a beer gun, will continue to mellow over time?

I am not looking to bottle condition but I am noticing with NEIPA and DDIPA that ive brewed, if they get 1 week + in the brite going low and slow, they really develop.

I guess my question based on that is, if I force carbed quickly and bottled immediately after, would they still mellow out in the bottle?

Anyone have any views or experiences on this?
Looking forward to the replies.

Nick

Yes they will continue to age in the bottle. Stuff settles. Flavors meld.

Most find that bottled from the keg beer has a much shorter shelf life. They tend to lose carbonation and may suffer from oxidation.
