Hi all!
I've started home brewing recently, and love it, obviously. After my first 4 ales, I have a big 6 gallon batch of mead bubbling away, and I'm hoping to get the equipment for an all-grain upgrade through the holidays, here.
I'm looking forward to being an active member of the community!

Also, a few starting questions:
- To make the transition to all-grain, where there any invaluable resources you used, be they threads on here, books, or other pages? I want to be as set as I can be when I finally have all the levers in my hand.
- Besides Oregon State, UC Davis, and the Seibel Institute in Chicago, do you know of other places to get some kind of formal brewing education if I pursue this further?

Thanks,
Chris
