Hey everyone,
The roommate and I are looking to do our first lager. Everything has been purchased, and the temp. controller is working well on the garage refrigerator.
What are your favorite lager recipes?
Does anyone have anything close to a Landshark or other citrusey light brew?
I need something that is an Extract or Partial Mash.. I am not quite up to all grain just yet (have the coolers, just need the plumbing)
