Batch Size, about 3.5 gallons?

2 Gallons Motts Apple Juice
2 Cans Market Basket Apple Juice Concentrate
1 Can Market Basket Cranberry Juice Concentrate
1 LB Light Sparkling DME
1 LB Light Brown Sugar
Yeast Nutrient

Pitched- Lavlin EC-1118

Disolved the DME and the Sugar in a gallon of water. All other ingredients added to primary fermenter.

Smells Great! Initial Gravity at 1.080

Hoping the DME adds some malty body to this cider. Most ciders are too sweet and too "thin" for me.

After this experiment, Ill probably brew some Graff's!

That will be some strong hooch! Then again, I did my apple wines this year at 1.100 :mug:
