I started my first brew today, 1.75 kg coopers wheat beer, 500 grams spray malt wheat & 12 grams brewferm blanche wheat dry yeast, which I proofed.I added 25 litres instead of the instructed 23, will this make a big difference to the finished beer?it's fermenting in a room that is 68 f. I plan on leaving it there for 2 weeks, put it in bottles for another 2 weeks. Any advice on improving on what I'm doing would be appreciated.

Make sure you measure your water amounts. that will hurt your OG but it will finish fine. Just a little weaker then expected.

I spilled some out before I started fermenting, about a litre,to leave room for yeast activity. Was this the right thing to do?will my beer be much weaker like .5% ?
