I make a wheat ale which is pretty much a witbier. Last night I squeezed some lemon juice into it, and it was very nice. What do the rest of you add to wheat beers in the glass?

Techno Viking friend, I just stick with a slice of orange or lemon. With an American Wheat, I just go Viking. :)
I'm still hungover from that parade.

What yeast are you using? I get plenty of lemon zest from WLP400 without any addition.

This beer is made with WB-06 and Bergamot hops.

.... We Germans like to add a bit of banana juice to a Hefeweizen.... And I think it tastes actually pretty nice... But don't tell anyone!

"Banana juice"?

The beer is great by itself, but wheat beer seems to lend itself to additions.
