Its an american wheat, taste is great carbonation was great I'm happy with how it turned out. It could of been a little more clear but it wasn't too bad, I learned allot brewing this batch.

Wheat malt has proteins which leave a haze. I assumed you used an American ale yeast, but Hefe and wit yeasts will also leave yeast in suspension which looks hazy.

If you let your beers sit long enough in the fridge, the haze will drop out. However you will sacrfice some of the aroma and mouthfeel that make wheat beer desirable.

thats good to know I don't think I will let it settle I don't mind the haze to keep the nice aroma of the beer. I did use an ale yeast, its not a cloudy haze its just a thick dark color I was expecting the taste to be very strong to match the color and it did not it was a nice light wheat taste.
