I just racked my first brew to secondary after two weeks. It is a dunkelwiezen. The sg looked good. Beer tasted great. Wish me luck. I will be bottleing next Saturday.
you still have a long way to go but it be worth your while after you hear that ppsssssttttt sound when you open that first bottle that been fermenting for a month. just remember this: you can't rush beer, its done when its done.
