I have read that a 1 micron filter will remove all yeast from your fermented product. Has anyone had success with removing yeast through filtering? I am a little cautious about this as my previous batch was still a bit cloudy after filtering. I have a RV style filter that takes 10 inch filters.
I would love to be able to back-sweeten, run it though the filter, then keg without having to use any sulfates, etc.

Thanks

I do not but I know people who swear by multiple cold crash & rackings. I would be afraid to bottle and store without sorbate if you backsweeten. If you do try filtering I would filter then backsweeten then let it sit for a while and monitor s.g.
