I have been using my cooler with great success. I bypass the main power with the controller put my probe in my fermentation tank, set temp, and all is well.

Till one warm day.. Water all over my floor! Because of the controller running the main power it doesn't allow the cooler to runs its normal cycle. Part of that cycle it to warm the drip tray and evaporate the excess moisture.

I cant set the temp on the coolers thermostat and hope it keeps the fermenter at the right temp because its not that precise and is too powerful of a unit.

Is there a way to correct this or is my only option is to have the drain to a giant bottle with a hose and empty out every so often. I basically need that heater coil running when the cooler isn't.

Thanks!
