So I bought this Kegerator set up used minus the kegerator, (tank, regulator, lines, tap and sipgot) My question is the feed line is 1/4" X 20' and is not that clean as I can see some spots of dried beer in there so should I just replace the line or is there a way to clean it?

You could hit it with beer line cleaner, though I would suggest just replacing it, it's cheap. From personal experience I would also suggest using 3/16 not 1/4.

Definitely replace with barrier line, 3/16". It last longer, doesn't absorb flavors to transfer to other beers, and has greater resistance to flow (which is needed for higher CO2 pressures).

If the experiences offered by Bev Seal Ultra 235 users are indicative, barrier lines have lower resistance than non-barrier lines...

Cheers!
