I need to get a new batch going and it's simply too brutal outside to cook up a batch, and I've promised SWMBO that I won't stink up the house by cooking indoors. So I'm thinking about doing a no boil beer. I did a Coopers Australian Ale a while back and it was decent.. not great, but decent.

So.. any recommendations??

Cheers :mug:

I've been brewing Brewer's Spring Beer Kit's and they turn out really good. Way better than cans IMO. Just add water and yeast. Some kits have hop pellets.
