I just wanted to give a shout out to a vendor with outstanding customer service. I placed my order with Farmhouse Brewing and expected the normal 3 day UPS delivery. Regrettably UPS had a mix up and didn't get my order to me until 7 days after I ordered. When I spoke to UPS they apologized and asked me to contact Farmhouse Brewing, which I did. I explained the situation and less than 48 hours later my refund for the UPS shipping charges were refunded to me.

Thank you Farmhouse Brewing. I will order from you again and I encourage everyone else to patronize your business as well.

I recently ordered four Perlick faucets from them and they arrived fast and were packaged very well. If I am not mistaken, they shipped the same day I ordered them, which is really appreciated.
