Element Cable Question.

I finished my panel kit ahead of schedule and I need to get my element cables ordered. I was planning on putting them together myself but for what I can find for the price it seems I can just buy a remade cord for about the same cost.

What is the difference in the two cables below? Same price for a 12' or 15' one is molded and the other is UL listed. Same company. Is there a reason not to get the 15' for the extra wiggle room?

and the connector, I believe, came from Home Depot.

A $10 savings.

The L6-30P plug is $11 and cable $1.75 a foot at Brewhardware, so $28.50 for a 10 ft cable, which is almost certainly longer than you need.

I have the TC integrated elements from Bobby so I need to make a full extension cord with both a plug and receptacle. His prices would still be good for a 10' @ 42.50

I was able to find 15' cables with a plug and separate receptacle for $47 each shipped so that is the route I went.

Not sure if its too late, but the first one is not SJOOW therefore it is not water proof. So thats no go. The 2nd one is what you want. Its about the same price you'd pay to make two 12' cables.
