El Dorado: which hops compliment best?

Planning a Pale Ale, but do not want to brew a Smash. Other hops that I have to in the freezer are Cascade, Willamette, Centennial, Saaz, Galaxy, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Out of your list, I think Amarillo, Simcoe and/or Galaxy would work best with El Dorado...

El dorado is one of the most supportive hops out and it practically Pairs well with anything. Adds a fruity/tropical candy sweetness flavor. That being said, I personally can not stand it as the star of the show in a combo. When I do use it, it’s about 20-40% of my dryhop and it works well.
