I have found a scratch and dent Edgestar KC1000SS for $125.
It allegedly works and has hall its pars. It also has a small dent on the side of the door but looks like it still seals.
It sounds like a no brainer, run don't walk and buy it kind of deal to me but I wanted to ask around.
Anybody own one?
Any complaints?
I probably wont actually use this as a kegerator any time soon.
I don't have any fridge that a 5 gal Corny keg will fit into now.
This will hold a Corny and a 2.5 lb bottle of CO2.
If I don't set up the tower I will have a hole in the top I can run CO2 in.
Don't think it will hold another Corny but I could keep yeast and other assorted stuff in there with a keg.
Any thoughts?
I figure if I have him plug it in before I drive over and it is cold when I show up and comes with all the parts I can't loose.
